Hilti Corporation, Liechtenstein and Bin Salim Enterprises LLC inaugurated the New ‘Hilti Center’ located in the New Al-Rawahy Complex in Wattayah, Sultantate of Oman. Mr. Michael Hilti, member of the Board of Hilti Corporation and Sheikh Is-haq Bin Hamed Bin Salim Al-Rawahy, the Managing Director of Bin Salim Enterprises LLC, the Local Partner of Hilti in the Sultanate of Oman jointly cut the ribbon at a glittering ceremony held on the 8th of November, 2016. The plush new modern Hilti Centre exhibits and offers customers a wide range of products, designed, engineered, manufactured, sold and serviced by Hilti. The Centre is designed to give the customer a unique buying experience with all the offi es of the staff working for Hilti in close proximity to the Hilti Centre.
HILTI complete 40 years in Oman
Hilti was founded in the year 1941 by Mr. Martin Hilti and his brother Eugen in Schaan, in the Principality of Liechtenstein and over the past 75 years it has grown into a truly multi-national company employing over 23,000 staff in 120 Countries. Bin Salim Enterprises LLC, has represented Hilti in the Sultanate of Oman for the past 40 years and today has over 50 employees who work exclusively for the promotion of the Hilti Brand in the Sultanate of Oman.
Speaking on the occasion Sh. Is-haq complimented Mr. Michael Hilti, the son of the Founder of Hilti Corporation for his charismatic personality which helped Hilti become a global leader in Power tools and fastening systems. Mr. Michael Hilti in turn mentioned that the synergy between the two organisations based on common shared values has helped Hilti become a formidable player and to make a niche for itself in the Sultanate of Oman.
Addressing the staff at the celebrations to commemorate the 75 year Jubilee of the Founding of Hilti and 40 years of partnership with Bin Salim Enterprises LLC, Mr. Michael Hilti thanked the Managing Director and the Board of Directors of Bin Salim Enterprises LLC, he also thanked the staff and urged them to continue to live the culture of the company. He said that the success of Hilti has come about because of the belief in being close to the customer and listening to them. He highlighted the investment Hilti has made in a new innovation center in the headquarters. He emphasized that this was to build for the future and to make available new products on a continuous on a regular basis.
